Hampton Downs membership?

Does anyone know or anything about the Hampton Downs membership option, how it may effect the number of trackdays for motorcycles.
All I heard was that the members get a guarantee of a certain amount of track time each year.
Also they the fee is $7000.00 to join and $4000.00 per year after that.

I do not. But what I do know is bikes are nearly history at that track already. $175-00 for a track day is a joke! and it will get worse.
