The last time I munted a radiator I took it to my local radiator bloke (he rides MX), he looked at it, sniggered a bit and said "I can straighten it but (pointing to his bike), look at those shiny Chinese radiators that will cost less".
He was right, ordered off Ebay in aussie on sunday night, arrived on tuesday and have been great ever since, $200 for a pair.

Unless it's really minor and a relatively new radiator, by the time you have straightened it all you will have is a less munted old radiator with a limited lifespan.

Good luck (and buy radiator guards)!

If you have a go yourself run the motor and get it warm as it is less likely to crack. I've had successful straightenings without taking the radiator off the bike.
