When I talk about the differences - it is not from a point of view of superiority, but simply that there are differences between the Sexes, it also doesn't mean that overall one is better than the other. It is not to say that Women can't be good at Chess (Judit Polgar for example) but the massive disparity suggests that there is something to do with Gender as to why more Males are good at Chess when compared to Females.

If they tell you on Monday afternoon they need you to say at work for the next two days then that's what your expected to do. They had beds and showers at the office, gophers to get you clean clothes and food. That's the price for the pay check. It's not the sort of industry that will let you do "flexitime" and in some ways would it be fair that other co- workers (female or male) would be the ones that had to stay and work into the wee hours while she buggered off at 3pm to pick the kids up from school?
