The “World’s Tallest Motorcycle” has been built by a man in Stockton, CA.
Greg Dunham's 11-foot high, 20-foot-long motorcycle took three years to build. It weighs around 6,500lbs and is steered from a cage below the handlebars.
Dunham said he created the bike because his friends said it couldn't be done. "People love it," Dunham says. "Fifteen guys came from out of nowhere to see it. One of the guys said build me one!"
The Guinness Book of World Records describes the bike as the world's tallest rideable motorcycle.
There is a downside, however. It's not exactly fuel efficient, averaging 6 miles per gallon, and the tank only holds 3 gallons of fuel.
Bike Stats
• Height: 11 feet, 3 inches
• Length: 20 feet, 4 inches
• Width: 10 feet, 6 inches
• Tires: 74 inches tall, 36 inches wide
• Engine: 502/500 hp
• Transmission: two speed
• Top speed: 65 mph
• Weight: 6,500 pounds
• Time to build: three years
