My boots velcro patch has started coming away from the leather so I think I need it restitched. I'm assuming I need a proper leather tailor?
Anyone know of any in Auckland? Preferably south Auckland.....
Many thanks

Nice that's X2 for blue moon already. I see she also upholsters bike seats too which covers my other request in another sub forum so I'm making progress today (from the comfort of my seat).
Thank you

Picked up jacket Wednesday. Very neat adjustments. If you didn't know you wouldn't be able to tell the changes are not factory.

She does beautiful work. Replaced velcro on several pairs of gloves because it wears out but not the glove (and I was rather attached to them). Also went down on one glove at one point and she patched that up, still holding years later.
Also patched a jacket after an argument with a mud hole... the mud hole won but at least I got the bike back (sideways)

It's funny, I have referred at least a couple of hundred people who have spent money with here in the last 15 years because of the quality of the work I have seen other people get, including some I took in to get the work done but this was my first time.
I just haven't needed leather work done and have always mended textile stuff myself before it gets to be a big enough job but this jacket I bought knowing it was too big and would need to be taken in once it was broken in.
