We have a bit of an issue with a not quite honest retailer on Moorhouse ave....
Bought something for $4000, paid $800 transport on top, product was inferior from what was promised, and was badly damaged.
now 2 months later we got purchase price back, minus $800 transport!

last e mail i received states that he has got items repaired, and he reclaims yet again product was what it clearly isn't.

I can provide further details if anybody is able to walk into this store and see/ask if thus product is for sale again....
and if so for how much....
and also what does he claim it to be....

anybody keen to give it a go?

hate for somebody to get mislead into same trap

Who paid for the item to be returned?
The initial contract with the supplier was agreed upon including freight costs, which was paid. If the product was returned at no cost to you then all good so far. The $800 however, should be paid back also.

Anything else about he product should not really bother you any further.

Not only to me , but also to all further potential customers....

Buyer beware. Retailer making same false claims generally is an interpreted statement from a disgruntled customer. Some buyers of this product may well be very happy with it..undamaged.

Seeing as the readers of this thread don't know what the product is, can't really comment re the claims made by you..( the buyer) on the product.
The money side of things needs to be sorted ...absolutely.

Can you supply a link to what the product is?

Since I am still taking further legal action I will not list anything further on this forum.
The help I asked for I received....
And no interpretation difference possible.
Product claims are knowingly false.
No 2 ways about it....
Only butter is butter, margarine isn't butter.
Same difference.
