All bikes are an adventure bike in their own way.

Fark that is a few KM's and pretty pennies to fund that kinda travel. Jealous as.

There is a good thread on advrider about a dude taking a Road King to South America and then onto Africa, including a lot of fun in the process. What a dick eh

They also claim to hold a world series once a year when it's only them that compete.

They are Australian....

In that case it was most likely it was a New Zealander who rode the bike and the Aussies are claiming it as theirs .........

The real question though is - were they using full synthetic oil?

It is an amazing effort no matter which way you look at it, plus they used to ride dirt bikes so they had real bikes before the Harley

Should have gotten them to do your belt though awayatc, 4 hours...on the side of the road! Nice.

Best check what sort of dessert they eat first to see where their loyalties lie.

pics or it never happened.... for such an amazing adventure the website page features no pics lol....

Emillio Scotto would have done more than that on his Goldwing and didn't take 15 years to do it. His book has great pics of it jungle bashing and in deep mud.

Fuck me, did they design the webpage when they bought the motorcycle?

Great content though, an interesting read.
