Guys, ive only got a few months left untill I can do my full licence.
The amount that I have learnt over the past 2 years and situations I have been in, has just been amazing.
Im actually glad that the licence process is like this in NZ. Not to sound cocky or anything, but I cant wait to step up to something higher in the food chaim then my RG!!!
*hurries up and waits* :sweatdrop

It is worth the wait man. I've still got my RG but have been on my full for a few months. I have been test riding bikes to buy lately as I am keen as crackers to upgrade and man has it been fun! I agree the system, although it has its faults, is pretty worthwhile. You're lucky you're not in aussie mate, I had to wait till I was 16 and nine months just to get my aussie learners (in NSW that is). The worst thing was I already had my NZ licence (restricted) so I knew what I was missing out on but couldn't do anything about it.
Good luck getting you're licence bro.

Hi BatCerb,
Kudos bro. Ahh yes, the anticipation of sitting for full certification yes, yes, yes.
Good on ya for riding for a couple of years and gaining experience.
I'm also a member of a Canadian site:-
http://www.suzuki-bikes.com/gsxr600.php
and the number of posts by young guys (aged about 18-early 20s) who are just beginners who haven't sat their beginners course is quite overwhelming. A lot of them ask whether an R6 is good for a beginners bike (mainly 'cause of the look). They assure the forum members that for a start they'll just putter around the neighbour block and get used to it (yarrpp). Some of them haven't even been on a bike. Seems in Canada they're not restricted to 250cc. Consequently there are a lot of sickle accidents.
All the best come time to sit your full bro.
