Hi guys,

I am going to the coast for a few nights this weekend and thought it would be a good idea to take the bike along with me if there was somewhere to ride!

Does anybody know of any trails I can take a non road legal dirt bike in that area? I will be on my own and am more interested in technical tricky slower hard enduro riding rather than fast stuff but will ride anything if it is new!

Any advice or ideas appreciated...

Regards

Ashley

No luck so far... What about a little further from lake Brunner? Does anybody know about any of the 4wd tracks or options around there?

Technically should be regoed but possibly the closest to an actual trail I can think of ... www.remotemoto.com/articles/lake-ahaura-track/ (http://www.remotemoto.com/articles/lake-ahaura-track/).
www.remotemoto.com/articles/blackwater-creek-track/ (http://www.remotemoto.com/articles/blackwater-creek-track/) was mentioned when someone asked a similar question a few years back too.
Couple of places out of Reefton but that's a weee way from Brunner.

Cool, that looks like a fun option. Thanks for that...
