Need some help on this as my googling ain't finding the answer.........

So I am looking at a 08 GSXR750 (USA). What if any is the difference between that model and say a european or Aus(Kiwi) version?

Thanks

Easy one there - the USA is left hand drive.

Importing it? USA one will need the headlight changed as it will be set up to direct right - needs to be left for NZ.

May not be full tit version - some are models are lower output USA.

California model? If so it will have emission shit galore.

Often different noise standards too.

Yip thats well know and was from a dealer and the headlight has been changed.

I am more interested if there is a difference in power, etc as there is different emission laws.

I'd suspect b-all on the 750.

Goodle the bike and year for country specific motorcycle magazines - say Cycle World for USA and Bike Magazine for England. Should give the hp specs in each.

Don't know what the current situation is, but California had tougher emissions regs than most other states. Their bikes could be even more crippled.
