View Full Version : X-lite helmets - Nolan Brand - Made in Italy
I can't remember the last time I posted on this website, BUT just bought a new helmet, and wow, light, not noisy, and comfy.
Its got the carbon fibre look with Ducati red, and green on the inside. Totally puts my old Shoei (which I still love btw) to shame. But comfort over looks all the way.
Just saying! I would post a photo, but the website has got so complicated it is in the too hard basket, if you are although looking for a good sports helmet check out techmoto in Kingsland, great service... !!:woohoo:

I'll need a new lid soon. I think I'll get a bright yellow one just to annoy the anti hi-viz brigade.

Fucking hell.
I just looked up the production date on my Shoei Raid 2.
050722. That means it was made on 22 July 2005 according to Shoei's website.
Crap.
Also, its been up the track at Levels. Bit scuffed.
I think I may retire it. I have other helmets I can use, but I always reach for that one first (its at the front of the shelf) and it has pinlock visor and all that.
Thanks for the reminder to look OP. and I will check out any helmet described as light and quiet and comfortable.

Was the one on the website the same colour? The fancier the paint job, the fancier the price usually.

Thanks, I've been looking for somewhere that sells X-lite helmets.
Interesting, their Arai helmets must be parallel imported as they are selling the Euro models. Will definitely check them out as I don't want the Snell version.
