it's a trap?

remember each sticker you add, increases the value of the bike on trademe by $1000

I'm just hoping it's not a lard arse....
Potentially an XTZ700 could be pretty epic. Fingers crossed.

Allegedly they are getting 90hp out of the motor for flat track racing in the US....

they are revisiting an already tried bike version. They made the XTZ 750 super tenere in the 1980's and it didnt really take off. It's sad Yamaha have a habit of innovation which is often 5-10 yrs ahead of acceptance by the general public.

looks mean hope its light / their xtz660 was a bit heavy for what it is, I guess more powerful smooth engine would make that chassis better

I'm guessing the weight and build of the XTZ660 with the 700cc motor. Nothing world shattering but that is a great combination for what I want in a bike.

A proper Northland stomper, all roads and the occasional beach.
