FXR frame modification

Hey guys, Im fitting a fibreglass tail onto a FXR150.

Do the rules allow cutting the frame off behind the seat area?
And also there are a few unused brackets on the frame and swingarm ,is it ok to cut them off too?

Rulebook online at mnz. Always read the rules, that way you know how far you can push them.
Consider where you are going to mount nylon sliders. See sticky post above.
