Hi,
Is anyone making there way from Taupo to Auckland in the next month and able to help out getting a bike up here? Went to go get it myself and radiator + head gasket in the car went on the way down, aand my wife and I have a new baby so time/money now somewhat tight, and was trying to avoid the cost of bike trans or similar. if anyone is able to help (for cash obviously) that would be awesome!

Yeah that's the one. Was all good for picking it up and then plans went to crap, spent an unplanned weekend in Hamilton!figure didn't hurt to ask and see if anyone making a trip up with a van or bike/trailer, otherwise I'll call a moving company :-)

Don't be silly Mark. We both know you don't have the balls to call in to pick it up.
Especially if we had to pre-arrange a suitable time.

I have the rest of the month off and we are going to Auckland on the 25th.

Waiting on the OP's response to see if it will fit into a wool sack...it's not up to you, it's not your pile of shit.

Uhh, how big is a wool sack, and how would it be transported? We are talking a motorcycle here (Honda vt250 spada), whole thing with the exception of the engine. It's sitting at the mechanics down there, can give details once confirmed (obviously will need the persons details to arrange it with the owner and mechanic :-). If it sounds do-able flick me a pm or email on icemaestro@gmail.com, thanks!

Not big at all... seems like I might need at least three wool sacks and I only have one. I was going to put it in the back of our four wheeld shopping trolley because from the photo's it just looked like it was bits all over the floor of the workshop. Might not work so Axle may be your man he was the first in with an offer.

Lol, Hey, I'm offended on behalf of my little Spada (or better icemaestro's little Spada ;)).
Actually, it comes with lots of extra parts too, so who ever picks it up may need a bit more space than just for the bike.
