ask RedBull to see if they want to bring a mini and some chicks down...what do we need the mini for?
Coke, coke and lots more coke please. Cans, bottles, I'm easy. My partner and I will be there, probably tired from the drive up the night before, and definitely tired for the drive back that night... so did I mention I'd like coke?

I'm not fussed what kind of softdrinks, as long as there's water I'll be ok.

cos the mini holds the drinks in the back - and more importantly - the chicks in the front

Make everyone BYO, then you don't have yet another detail to worry about, we're all grown ups, we can sort ourselves out. Plus I don't want to subsidise other people's drinks.

I doubt I'm going, but I'll offer my opinion anyway. I would say thats probably the best idea from your point of view.
Trying to predict how much of each soft drink (everybody likes their own) is crazy, you could potentially have heaps left over, also depending on the weather. Aggregate demand is easier than disaggregate demand :niceone:
Let everybody bring their own, that way everybody gets what they want and its easy for you.

Don't you need to pay for stock? I suppose a box a tea bags and a jug isn't going to cost you much.
