Well just done replacing Demonwolfs TLS 1000 Chain & sprockets this morning . Takes abit of time by the time you pull off the front cover clean all the shit out from inside then hopefully get the front sprocket nut off pull the clutch actuater off to get sprocket off then pull the rear hugger of so you can get the back wheel out then break 2 links of the old cahin to remove that drop the wheel out of bike undo the sprocket bolts put the new sprocket back on as well as the front one then Torque everything up replace the clutch actuater & cover . Pin over the new Rivet link making sure you have the X-ring spacers in behind plates so as not to pinch the X-rings . Reset the chain tension with rider on bike torque axle bolt . Regreasing everything while out & checking pads etc is all done while things are apart is a good way to make sure you don't run into trouble later on .Quick ride up the road just to make sure things feel Mint . Then final check to make sure nothing has been forgoten to be tighted . All done check after a few hunderd K's as it may need to be retightend but should be prestretched from the Factory . Minimal lubing every 300-500K's or less depends on road conditions should be done to keep chain moist enough to stop rusting & not so much that it will collect dirt happy riding >>
