ticket holders only, that's a laught, that'll just mean people head to the hills cut down fences and hide on farms till the races, pissing more people off.
great dream, but wouldn't they be better to start with a course a quarter of third of this size and sus out the logistics and manageability?

20 riders? the spectators are going to get very bored sitting in six places, part of the magic of the iom is being able to roam all around the course.

I have a mate who lives in Maleny who advised me last night that is never going to get off the ground due to the local residents simply not wanting it.

And that is before anyone considers the set up costs.

Moneys on any local not supporting this does not own one of the cafes in town then or has any clue about how much coin events like this can bring in......Just ask the guy who owns the servo next to Manfield.
More info the better.

Mind you they do have a bit of trouble keeping bikes off the road/course before the Gladstone Cliffhanger every year....Not guilty your honour.

The trouble is in the isle of man tt was set up when you chouldint ride at any speed on the public roads

And know you have many irish and british racers who are on the roads racers you have courses in ulster even european circuits.

so they have the small time guys that the life blood of these events. plus saftey moved on too.

is there the will to have the riders, going too unsafe open roads ,and any injuiries and people paying ultimate price.

there be massive calls for thing to be stoped. only becuase the tt has all that history the event has be keept going.

Am not saying its bad idea . like someone esle said start it smaller and see how it goes

There was already bathurst races for bikes easter used have riots at one stage , got very bad vibe .

Not sure anyone want revist those days.
