Hey guys,
Anyone got any info on this? im not on Facebook but even on the site it explains nothing....
The details kind tend towards the teams needing multiple bikes to enter or something...who was it run last year?? I heard tire changes arent allowed etc.
Actual info would be great

Teams of 3 riders, each with their own bike. You could change tyres but you copped a 3 minute penalty for the team. You got the penalty as soon as an axle was pulled out of the bike. If there's a safety related problem where you have to pull the axle one of the officials is required to be there while you do it.
It worked really well. We ended up having to do it 2 man though, that was damn hard for those of us that count hoisting beers from table to mouth as exercise.
The permit hasn't cleared yet so no entry forms until it does.

Definitely happening as per the above. Gary should be releasing details soon I imagine. As far as I've been told the rules will be pretty much the same. Each rider must qualify under the threshold (1.19 last year) and each rider must complete a minimum of 90mins. Ie you can't field your best rider for more than 3 hours all up. Last year teams were penalised for this.
Tyre changes are allowed but attract a lap penalty. Pick a harder compound and you will be fine.
One transponder that has to be changed to the new bike during pit stops. If you crash the transponder has to make it back to your team.
Le Mans start, safety cars etc etc. All the usual endurance racing business.
Rules and further info will be forthcoming. Start some fitness training!
