About a week or 2 ago I tried cleaning my carbs, took most if it apart, put it back together then it just wouldent start. I'm not very mechanical minded but still like to give things a go but I took pics and set everything back to where it goes. Iv had several people check it out with no luck they don't see anything wrong. I would really love some help

OK I'll give it a go...
No particular order. Excuse the IT-helpdesk questions, I have no idea what you were doing during the strip-down so I'll try to cover every basic problem I can think of. Pinch of salt here, these are generic answers since I haven't worked on a Bandit 250.
Kill switch set to run?
Fuel tap opened?
Every vacuum line reconnected to where it normally goes? (Sometimes there's a vacuum line to the fuel tap; without vacuum the tap won't pass petrol)
Fuel tank refilled... with fresh petrol, not stuff that's been sitting around for several weeks?
Battery charged?
Air filter in place, airbox seals / hose clamps tight?
Carburettor mounting plate tight on the cylinder head and vacuum sealing properly?
Spark plugs tight and plug boots and HT leads alright?
Did anything else get removed and replaced during the carb service, and if so, is it back on clean and tight?
Good luck, hope this helps.

So if you lift the air filterout and spray some ether (engine start but brake cleaner works pretty well) does it start?
Have a towel to hand just in case it backfires.

What he said^^^^. Eliminate everything but the carbs using this method.
