Not sure about today, but they usually gather at Tauriko service station early Sunday afternoon for the Kaimai GP to Okororie.
Or you could head straight to the Oko & see who turns up.

Bayride and Motocity both do shop rides. Not sure if they are just daylight saving or all year, but there is a firday fish and chip ride and a Wednesday / Thursday one. Also something goes from Bayride on a Sunday.
