Have a wheelchair/mobility scooter lift being removed from a property, could probably be converted pretty easily to a motorbike servicing lift, I'd do it myself if I had the garage space to bolt it down somewhere.
Plugs into a normal 3 pin socket to charge the 12V battery inside it that it runs off.
