The Honda NS250R is a two stroke vee twin with 45HP. At 144kg dry it's not as light weight as the later NSR250 but was competitive with ther RD250LC's of the time.

This bike is quite tidy but at some time has had a fuel tank repair and has been poorly repainted. There’s some scuffing visible under the paint on the right rear of the tank. Other than this, the bike is quite nice and will look great once you’ve cleaned and polished the shipping and storage corrosion on alloy and steel parts although even that is not too bad.

The power to weight ratio of this bike fits into the LAMS requirements so, if you're after an interesting learner bike; let us know and we will contact our compliance inspector and confirm its acceptance.

Probably not a great pick as a track bike unless you want to do a lot of work lightening it up but would be a fun road bike.

Note: We have about a dozen bikes for sale and are working through themall one at a time getting them set up for use. Prices listed are as is butnegotiable.
Once we have completed a bike; it will be repriced based on its cost tous and its market value. All bikes were bought as running bikes with nosignificant issues.
Compliance costs are about $190 plus registration. We can do this foryou if you want to use the bike on the road. Obviously there’s no need if youbuy one as a track day bike.

Honda NSR250 (all models and variants)

Good luck trying convince them NS250R isn't a variant of NSR250.

It isn't as anyone of the day knew, but that's a question I'll ask if and when someone seriously looking asks if it can be LAMS registered.

You should probably remove this line from your auction so as to not mislead any potential buyers.

"It should qualify as a LAMS bike and is supplied with compliance documents. That should cost $190 incl the WOF plus add registration to that (not a lot for a bike of this year and size)."

Mate don't be one of those dickheads trying to con some young dude, or lady.

This will never be LAMS approved no matter how many fucking forms you fill out, and to give you some credit you don't seem thick enough to not know this.
