Hi new to this page!!

I need help figuring out what may be wrong with my moped it's has only done 950km but it seems to rev quiet uneven and odd when it reaches a certain speed and then when I start to slow down it with make a loud grinding sort of noise.

Any help would be appreciated

Start by checking the ready things.
Oil levels ok and clean?
Air filter clean and if foam type oily?
Spark plug clean and properly gapped? If you are in doubt buy another, get them to gap it at the store and swap it out.
A new spark plug will cost less than getting it tested or your bike looked at.
Are you sure the grinding noise isn't there always just drowned out when revving? A piece of hose up to your ear and move the other end around nearer the engine will help you isolate the sound from the exhaust.

What sort of 50 are we talking?
Old, new, 2 stroke poor four?

you also need help with your engrish.

you also, probably need to take it to the doctors

... cos if your asking about this shit, on this forum, your probably beyond help, in the metaphysiological sense.

All three points could be said about this post...

so, im sure some of ypu wear shoes. while I avoid it, I sometimes have to.
I fucking hate shopping, and time spent in a shoe store makes me want to shit.
so basically looking for brand/style recommendations.
requirements are: last more than 6 months; fit wide feet; good rubber sole (think rock-climbing type grip). probably sub-200$. dont mind steel cap or non-.

You should get to the "reasons to be cheerful" thread and see if you can find a reason to continue your depressing existance you nasty little troll.

well yes, i can see the hygeine reasons for not wanting to share your rodents.

...but i thought with the amount of shit, spit, and cum you old faggots swapped, it wouldn't really be a concern.

...or are you two having a tiff at the moment? :girlfight:

Sounds like you probably should spring for a mechanic to sort it for you. Is it not under warranty at those low kms?

as covered in my first post (before my fan club got here) - it's probably beyond OP. good of you to mention varistors and shit, maybe a sheared key or whatever... but, all the advice in the world isn't going to help this cunt.

You may very well be right given he aint been back since the initial post. Perhaps I should have simply suggested he do what my Son did when the exact same thing happened to his scroter. Man up, get your 6L and go buy a proper bike.

Did you search that dumber than dumb question about shoes with questionable spelling before posting on a Motorcycle forum? and have you douched your crusted weeping vagina yet?

If it's still under warrantee, don't touch anything, take it back to the shop.

Otherwise let us know the results of the checks and tests we suggested.

Jack you're not helping yourself. Put down the phone and use a keyboard then type some details. Doing a Googlesearch (why I should have bothered) I see v50 address which I assume is what you are talking about is some sort of scrooter, so Lucky's advice stands. Get out the spanners and have a look. If you don't own any you were headed to the shop anyway. A Googlewill find you parts diagram of belt cover

well i wouldn't recommend eating it after that. but i suppose it wouldn't kill you (though, no great loss if it does, amirite) but i wouldn't think it's very hygenic. but still, the other shit (no pun) you put in your mouth can't be any worse.

Although public relations was NEVER his forte ... there is an element (albeit a VERY small element) of practical truth in his post. Take it into a bike shop and ask if they can determine the actual/probable cause of the issue ... usually done with little or no (usually) cost. And buy something from the shop if they can. The repair process is then for you to decide (who will do it).

And do it soon ... although the issue may soon stop. Along with the scooter.

Google Murphy's Law ... about when things go wrong ...
