There is a Shoei XR-1000 here that I hadn't worn in years, it must be close to, or past, its use by date. Recently though I removed the cheek pieces and gave them a good clean. They still look crap. The helmet hasn't been dinged though, externally it looks fine.

Simon Crafar is a kiwi, a former GP rider and GP winner., he is still involved in motorcycling mainly in coaching, and for years now has lived in Andorra. He is not the only current or former racing motorcyclist living in tax friendly Andorra: Bradley Smith and Marq Marquez, among others, have taken up residence there.

As part of his MotoVudu web site Crafar publishes a blog. His latest is here: http://www.motovudu.com/what-is-the-worst-that-could-happen/

I'm not so sure about that Shoei.

A good reminder to just heave those other helmets in the garage that will be 'fine' for 'just down the road and back' :(

Ask him. Kocinski might have been in a hurry to leave so as to close a real estate deal?

No. IIRC I watched that one live. JK had already got the title tied up but put a dangerous and highly unnecessary move on SC knocking him into the weeds. Cunt!
