OK OK its maybe not actually for a motorcycle but the bloody tyres are bigger than the Triumphs....
My Surley ICT OPS frame paint is being damaged by my frame bag....
So - where do you buy that clear plastic sheeting used to protect bike/car paint against stone chips and wear? Neither Repco or Supercheap were any use...

got mine from a window tinter who got some through his suppliers if that's any help.

I've always bought this stuff from my friendly local motorcycle shop. Not being cheeky here, but try asking...
Next bet might be TWL, aka Transport Wholesale Ltd, now part of Goughs. Have also bought the 3M stuff from them, albeit in quantities that would far exceed your needs :laugh:
But yeah, if you know a sign writer, that'd be a good bet as well.

I got some from Sign Supplies in Victoria st Petone.
Was a couple of years ago but he was quite happy to give me some off-cuts, gratis.
I'd been warned to stick with the quality brands as the cheap shit don't work very well and is difficult to apply. The above was quite a heavy 3M product and worked a treat.
