Suzuki VL125 VL250 Intruder Exhaust & Mufflers

Can anyone tell me how to remove the exhaust system from suzuki vl 250 without damaging it so i can put a set of turn out exhaust on instead

I presume you are just replacing the muffler(s)?

The stockers should unbolt - you'll most likely need to remove a set of chrome covers first - check behind where the pipes meet the mufflers - the bolts should be hidden there. Have a look at this video - it shows the stock mufflers unbolted from the headers - this is the location you'll be looking for the bolts.
