justn purchased suzuki scooter,it has no ignition barrel,and a 4wire plug,how do i get her started please!

Plenty of (online) motorcycle wreckers in NZ that would probably sell you the correct ignition barrel for about $5.

Caution, the ignition barrel might've been removed on purpose. They usually do this when the exhaust bearings are on the way out, I'd get them checked before you start it up.

i dont have a bike let alone know how to ride, so i have to assume you are right

You should get a scooter, it'll change your view of the world. Farmers have this one (https://www.farmers.co.nz/6149334?nst=SEM&gclid=CjwKEAjwkq7GBRDun9iu2JjyhmsSJADHCD_H-JblqnXqIjbg1_xl5_kz4YiZ93XvCp9F32E3LN5EcxoCqgrw_wc B) on special, if it's out of your budget KmArt have this one (http://www.kmart.co.nz/product/unicorn-tri-scooter/1057802) and I'm pretty sure they still do lay-buys too.

Still no joy,and fi light is flashing.. got a quote of 240for a new ignition.. too much!
