i need Gn250 oil drain bolt specs, anyone know them or have a manual cheers!

should be the standard suzuki m14 x 1.5 by about 11mm long --- http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/Smart-O-Sump-Drain-Plug-M14-x-1-5mm-F3/341737 should work

If it's the torque setting you're after, it's 18-20 Nm.

Never mind torque, just drill, tighten by feel like spark plug then lockwire it.

its kind of metalic and rises with rpm only makes it once it has warmed up for 20 secs or so?

I had the exact same problem, the first thing I looked at was the valve clearance as it's easy to fix. Turned out mine had a severely worn cylinder head.
