I suspect that the blue jacket driver is talking to the other person in a black jacket before approaching the car.

The woman driver was slightly injured and her 20-month old was uninjured:

Used to frequent that roundabout a bit in my truck travels, very busy are aamazing no one else hit.
Did my HGV tests in Peteborough when on my OE, think it has the most roundabouts in UK or is that milton keynes. Either way a poxy town to drive through or near....
