Pgo pmx 50 derestrict

Hi, new to the forum, I am the current owner of a 1986 Honda nifty 50 and a 2005 PGO PMX 50, what I'm wanting to know is where would I look on the PGO for restrictions? Heard there may be a couple and it only goes 56 kmh so I believe its restricted. Thanks so much in advance for any help :-)
