Some of you may already have seen this clip floating around, but I figured it's worth repeating here for sheer entertainment (well... maybe not) and discussion value.

It's apparently a recent recording from an IR targeting CCTV camera on an Apache's M230 cannon in Iraq.

(For those of you with tender sensibilities, I should point out that it does contain a certain level of snuff-movie-esque unpleasantness.)

They weren't. They had an RPG launder and a few hundred rounds in the truck. They ditched it in a field and then went back for it despite knowing they were under surveillance AND had been roared at (albeit in a foreign tongue) from the helicopter's PA.

Sometimes when the man says "Drop your weapons and don't move" it's a good idea to stick with the programme.
