Baby Bikies first real bike--Help

I just bought a bit of a wrecked bike for baby bikie.Its an early version of those chopper things but its got real brakes and real suspension front and rear. Actually under all the chopper plastics its more like a lil monkey bike. What I need to do is rip off all the chopper rubbish and make it look more 'sporty'I want baby bikie to have a "real" bike.
I want it to have a bit of a sprotbike look. So anyone out there with minimoto bits etc--or just wants to rip a bike apart Gimme a holla.
