Anybody knows who is the best and affordable in town for this service ? I got one dereg bike wish to put rereg on the road . Need some professional with my bike restructuring because previous owner cutted the tail .

Can't help you for Auckland, but it isn't hugely cheap. Have a real good look at what the bike will really be worth and how much you want to sink into it vs cutting your losses.

if you want "who is best" then you need to expand "affordable" to accomodate.
