I need to remove the front tyre from the wheel, so I can tighten the nut holding the valve in, then refit the tyre to the wheel. Any suggestions as to where I can get this done in East Auckland - around general area of Howick / East Tamaki / Penrose / Ellerslie area? Does anyone on here have the gear at home to do it?

Forgot to say, don't worry about mentioning Botany Honda.

just get two more nuts, make a locknut setup and use that to tighten the first nut....

take the fucken cunt off and back over it with your fucken mighty magna to break the bead. then handle your B-I.
probably chuck a new valve in though. that rubber crushes and gets leaky.
and then fucken pop that shit back like a baws with some fucken 2toke and a long match.

I have right angle valve stems, and the nut is in the inside, hence the need to remove the tyre to get to the nut.

Go See John Fox @ Motorcycleworx 6E Greenmount Drive East Tamaki. 2740980
Or
Richard at Moto1 at 66 Hobil drive, Wiri 263-9335

Both good guys. John was Botany Hondas chief Mechanic for a number of years then went out on his own 2-3 years ago hes a good guy.

See Richard for anything bike related sells on T/me mainly but has his own place.

If you take the wheel in and not the bike its quite likely neither will charge you.

Or as said pop the bead and fix it yourself its not hard :)

what sort of business can afford to do stuff for free, no matter how small someone else will have to wear the time????, either or, shouldn't it be up to the business owner to choose rather than you splash over the internaughty?

Wow, that's a big tyre.

You'll be needing cranes and MASSIVE tyre irons. The residents of East Auckland won't like it. Shame, eh?
