It's international car-free day.

Get out on two wheels! I already made a nearly completely unnecessary trip to the supermarket. Might go out again later on to get a pinlock insert for my new helmet.

look at the world in which you live. shit's fucked. even on their days off aucklanders traffic. i guess it helps their lonliness.

My car stayed at home all day. A brisk(?) walk up the hill to the polling booth and then home was the extent of my travels.

All sweet on Waiheke Island chap, bit rough now that JetA1 is on rations so I have to take the boat instead of the helicopter...but you know, a bottle of Cab Sav at the end of a hard day at the office and all is well :bleh::eek:
