While proceding down a urban st at 50 kph today I reflected on him doing 150 on a similar st. Staggered.

not likely to 're-offend? Yet he'd already got a ticket/been done/camera'ed for 150kph a few days before? :facepalm:
this is one of those cases, where a ban probably would not stop him, but certainly a ban for 2yrs+ would be in order.
Wonder if he is related to Drew? ;)

re-offending would require him to stop offending at some point. Doubt he is ever below the limit except when stopping for a pie.

It was a group ride, it was safe with hi vis vests, flashing lights, sirens, cool colour scheme.
everyone got to the end and had a really good group hug.:not:
trouble is it was the wrong group for him.
