Hey to those of you who do the thursday night rides out at Maungaraki-would anyone be interested in watching the world's fastest indian after this instead of doing the usual and going to the grumpy mole for a game of pool? Im not sure what time it starts (we would need something like an 830-930 showing time) so i'll go buy a newspaper and look at some times for hoyts and reading cinemas :niceone:

Righto! Hoyts doesnt show any times yet, but Reading Cinemas in Courtney place has screening times of 830 and 930 on thursday night

Gonna see the movie on Thursday at the UH Lighthouse. The Petone LightHouse could also have it on.

Just had an email from Lighthouse Petone saying that Thursday night is some Gala night or something. Next week could be the go.

Now why is it that TV hasn't even bothered to advertise its release date (that I am aware of). Is it because its about bikes?

I'm told a few KBers are going to watch it on Thursday night in P'ram. I haven't decided what I'm doing yet. Might decide at bottom of the hill on Thursday.

Because Tokoroa people are important and Aucklanders aren't

I have absolutely no idea - got an email this morning from the cinema manager which makes it sound like a real last minute score, but I'm not complaining.

Just had an email from Lighthouse Petone saying that Thursday night is some Gala night or something. Next week could be the go.

The gala (8.30pm session) includes the movie - $25 for movie, champagne and nibbles thrown in, or you can just pay the standard fare and miss out on the munchies.

Personally I think TWFI is a beer movie.

I've booked for four.

I've been wearing the leather pants more often lately - must be getting old and safety conscious.
