German Couple just arrived

Hello everybody,

we, a german couple just arrived in Auckland on Tuesday. The last days we put together our bikes (Africa Twin and Transalp), which we shipped here from Germany.
We got 3 1/2 months to discover your beautiful country. If some of you would be interested to get in contact with us, we would be happy.
Now we just left Auckland heading north.

What is there to see & do in Whangarei?
Don't dip below 30kmh in the Main Street or you will get your panniers stolen.:bleh:

Oi! There is loads to see and do around whangas, esp the mint motorcycling roads! That's it, I'm not giving you your share of the loot now!

After all we made it to a camping not far away from Waipu and we have seen the sun today.
