Oh boy...
Probably your first step is to remove the starter motor and find out why it's not engaging. Or change plug and fuel and try harder to kick start it.
If that doesn't work then you'll have to drain the fuel and gently




drop into you neighbours wheelie bin...

Nothing wrong with the starter motor. You'll have to remove the transmission cover to see what's happened to the bendix drive. Maybe it's dislodged somehow and also jamming the kickstarter mechanism.
