KTM are looking at a direct injected two stroke and that 250 is Euro 4 compliant, so emissions shouldn't be a problem in the immediate future. The blurb says the 250 is fuel injected, but if it said where it was injected I missed it.

They will last until someone makes an 85kg / 85hp leccy bike. Probably quite some time.
