Engine Rebuilder in WellyTown, who would you recommend?

Looking for suggestions on an engine rebuilder to use in the WellyTown region

Not that it probably matters but engine's a V4 700cc, & twas bypassing on cylinder 1
Engine is also in pieces as I was gonna DIY it before deciding I should probably get someone with skills to do it.

Fair prices and service, no complaints. Mostly cars and trucks but did see a classic British barrel and head in there getting work done.

Oh cool, you have saved the mechanic a heap of work. He's going to be chuffed to bits about that!

Bloody VFR. And showing stressed main bearing shells too. Needs someone who knows what they're looking at to do it properly. Some reconditioners won't be able to handle the one piece barrels and top case which is why Jelly asked.
