I purchased a MV 675F3 RC last year and had trouble with the bike, various things went wrong, back brake, cylinder head, ECU, after a lot of arguing who was going to pay for transporting the bike from HB back to Auckland every time there was an issue. I was told that I had to pay, I got onto Citizens advice and they told me I had a good case under the Consumers Guarantee Act to get a full refund for a faulty Product. Well the Dealer gave me my money back, so I bought a R6 off them so Consumers Guarantee Act certainly works.....I loved the MV a very smart bike and good handling but what a hassle.
