Vancouver and Seattle bike hire

Off to Vancouver first then Seattle then back to Vancouver. Looking at eagle rider for bike hire hopefully an Africa twin. Anyone any knowledge of bike hire or good routes road and gravel ? Should be about a two week holiday. Cheers
