Yes, provided you have a Vulcan M61 gattling gun fitted and in good working order, to ensure you have a clear way ahead, for at least 200 meters, more on a cloudy day.

Yes, but they prefer you use the larger capacity motard styled machines, such as aprilia sxv550 & crf450.
You also get tax benifits from riding on one wheel as it is considered less wearing on the pavement.

A dirty bicycle is perfectly acceptable, the dirtier the better. Real rough. Nasty even.
