First nomination - the Harley rider on some Glide thingy who didn't seem to realise that his bike is about 2 m wide and so is on the wrong side of the road when the wheels are on the centreline. Yes, my car is quite wide, but I was on my side of the road despite the parked cars. I was impressed that you swerved to miss me without crashing. (Normans Hill Road, Onehunga, 4:50 PM 9 Dec.)

He was probably immersed in the Freedom machine's American dream and briefly forgot which side of the road we ride on in NZ.

It can happen on those left hand drive motorcycles.

Bloody cagers.

Did I say I saw a car with a flat tyre the other day? Might start a thread about it.

Bloody cagers.

It was an interesting experience. He was also going quite fast and everything happened very quickly. I did think he was going to hit me, then he swerved at the last minute.

I would have thought, "Lurched" would have been more appropriate.

It was an impressive swerve - I was fully expecting a collision. Maybe he'd done a course and knew how to countersteer. :)

It's interesting being the cager sometimes. If you position yourself so that a car coming out of a driveway can't see you, then there's little point getting upset when he doesn't give way.

I like the rider of a big bore four yesterday passing cars on the inside of them. Single lane - maybe he though he was on a Lime scooter.
