there are some good motorcycle factory tours on you tube , surprised at how modern Enfield factory is , highlight was hand painted pinstriping.

Tease.

Where is the bloody link to the 20 year old virgins balancing gas tanks between their thighs while they delicately run a series of pinstripes.

How they put it together. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymlEExirBKg

I removed the rear pegs hangers off my SF and solo seated it a couple years back. It was clear the peg hangers had been assembled early in the piece as they were a shit to get to the bolt heads with limited room for movement when you did.

No different from anything new I guess. Heck on a car they now hide most of the engine under plastic covers. Boring.

Search "Megafactories" on Youtube.

You're welcome.

There was an old series on Discovery several years ago (when the 1098 was new) called "Twist the Throttle" where they went to all the major factories (of the time) and explored their histories, traditions, techniques etc etc. From memory it was Honda, Kwakka, Suzuki, Yamaha, Ducati, MV Augusta, Bimota, BMW, and Alpinestars.

It was very American but still quite watchable.. Even if they can't pronounce Ducati properly or "Z" properly
