Sorry, the D1NZ championship is far more exciting and spectacular than dirty old club level bike racing. Anyone who thinks "any idiot" can drift a car obviously hasn't seen the immense skill these lads have developed. At Round 1 practice, Adam was going into turn one at Pukekohe at very nearly 180kph on full opposite lock, flat chat. Then braking for turn two while the car is still completely 180 degrees to the direction he needs to be travelling. All 1.5 meters off the rear bumper of the lead car.

Sorry, these guys are fucken legends.

Used to be standing room only at bike races.....when they opened the speedway track at Rosebank to any idiot who could ride a bike there were 25 bikes at a time on a 1/4 mile oval.People have to want to come - so,what's on offer????

A couple of my mates have a drift team down here in CHCH, and these boys know how to control a car. Anyone can do it?? Ha ha, I think not.
