Up for sale is my Hypermotard 796 in excellent condition.
Comes with a sweet looking and ridiculous sounding (in a good way) Zard exhaust mated to a set of MIVV de-cat headers for optimum flow and performance.
Stock the 796 makes 81hp. This one would be closer to 90hp with the de-ristricted exhaust. Making close to what the 1100 makes while weighing around 15kg less.
Fitted with a set of Oxford heated grips. Only used these a month ago for the first time and damn I've been missing out over the years. Perfect for these cooler months.
It also has the APTC slipper clutch from the factory for reduced rear wheel hop when banging down the gears.
I've only had this bike for six months so not a lot of riding done by me but I can't fault it. The engine, handling, braking and comfortability is amazing.
Oil change done at around 22500kms and the cam belts were done at 21600kms by Motomart in Lower Hutt.
