That is an NZTA one this is WCC and actually allows MC parking as a priority option. Busy time for surveys I know, but be great if you could fill it in.

Things must have changed since they removed motorcycle only parking and were fining motorcyclists who were parked more than one to a spot. If I remember correctly there was the odd protest where motorcyclists went to town and parked one to a spot. upset a few people but didn't change anything.

WCC want to put in more bicycle racks for the hundreds of motorists who will be cycling in to work against the 100kph winds that occur in Wellington on a monthly basis. :facepalm:

Electric bikes and scooters are hitting our shores soon, they get a full charge faster than cars, they don't need as many parking spaces to be converted to charge stations and they offer much more mobility than a lime scooter.

The best way to kill this whole thing off is to remind people that cycling is a hobby for wealthy white people, and why should we, the average joe, support and pay for their hobby?

rubbish Cycling is an excuse to sit in a cafe drinking lattes in your lycra active wear :bleh:
