Hi all, this could be a tall order but i'd like to measure some 05 or later cases for gearbox/selector/guide spacings ...I'd be real happy to travel within the central north island with measuring gear and beer of preference for the owner. Further afield i could pay postage and return them with a measure of appreciation.

Is 2017 a bit too new?
There may be a guy in Taupo with an earlier one apart.

The K series are pretty much all same same. The later L's are a different case arrangement and i don't know if the boxes interchange.
Plenty of broken K series around if you want a gearbox.

I see that from 05 onwards the number of teeth on all 12 gears is the same and as much as assuming is asking for trouble I've got an 06 gearbox complete (no cases) on its way, assuming if i measure up any of the later models i can establish the correct position of the workings... So yes i'd be keen to visit an engine in pieces thanks
